Before real estate, I spent years working in Information Technology, and that background still shapes how I work today: methodically, analytically, and with real attention to detail.

I’m also a real estate investor myself, which means I don’t just advise from the outside — I’ve been through the process of evaluating properties, weighing risk, and making decisions with real money on the line.
